What is your return / refund policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order whether you bought for yourself, or someone you're grateful for. We offer a 60-day guarantee. However if any issues arise with your order or products, please email us at email@example.com and we will make it right.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship all orders between 1-2 business days from our warehouse, Monday - Friday. Orders over $35 ship for free, and any orders under $35 ship for a $5 flat fee via USPS. You will receive a tracking email and can typically expect your order to be delivered within 3-4 days. If you do not see a tracking email, please check your spam folder or reach out to email@example.com.
How do I send gifts to multiple people?
When you have finished creating your gifts of gratitude and have started checking out, select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" box at the top of your cart. From there, you will be able to enter the address that you want each gift delivered to.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our gifts of gratitude are all handcrafted with the highest quality ethically sourced gemstones and solid 925 sterling silver.
How will I know if my gift was delivered?
We will keep you updated every step of the way. Because most of our bracelets are sent as gifts, we will email you tracking updates from the moment the gift order is received to the moment it leaves our warehouse and to the moment it is delivered. Are your packages recyclable?
Absolutely! Our packages are all fully recyclable and made will recycled materials as well.
